Fast Weight Loss after Pregnancy is not easy.

During pregnancy, a woman eating till she wants is what everyone wants for a healthy baby. This luxury is generally enjoyed by men in our society. But many women have no idea of how much they are eating during this period. While it is true that a pregnant woman's weight needs to increase for a healthy baby. 10 to 20 kilogram weight gain is advised during pre-pregnancy weight gain.


Breast Feeding
Breast feeding helps you loose weight. breast feeding is not only good for health of your child but also good to lose some pounds post pregnancy. Doctors suggest that you can loose upto 500 calorie daily by just breast feeding the baby.

Exercise
Doctors suggest females to walk during pregnancy to have control on the weights during pregnancy . It will not only help keep your weight under control and will also help you to loose few pounds after pregnancy easily. Simple as a 30 minute walk or as a prenatal yoga class several times a week will benefit in long term.

After six weeks to eight weeks, after vaginal birth or C-section, you can start exercises again. Walking , as you have option of bringing baby stroller with you. Yoga classes does benefit a lot.

You can also do some yoga and exercises at your home while your child sleeps. Books for new mothers are there at local library for specific exercise videos, you can check them too. Strengthening exercises instead of cardiovascular exercise is advisable. Building lean muscle will help in your metabolism, which will result in permanent weight loss significantly. For fastest results combine both and enjoy fastest fat loss.

Diet
If anybody is breastfeeding, then her desire to lose weight should come after her child's nutritional needs. This is not time for hardcore diets. Instead, vegetables and fruits are advisable. Have protein , focus on different types of food. Both you and your child will work well.

You need help of a Doctor to determine the minimum calorie intake required for child's development. You should have healthy food to fulfill all nutritional requirements of child.

Positive thinking
Always remember it took you 9 months to put on all those weight, it will take some time to loose it. "Fast weight loss should not be there after pregnancy", otherwise you are harming your child's health if breast feeding.
